We Listen Carefully

We have worked closely together for so long that we know which one of our team members is most well-suited to any given task and how to divide the workload in a way that eliminates duplication of effort while maximizing results. We also have systems in place that allow us to manage information and tasks electronically so any member of our team can easily see where a project stands, what needs to be done next, and who is responsible for taking that next step.

Rafael M. Diaz, Esq of counsel

Mr. Diaz attended Palm Beach Atlantic University where he acquired a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology. During his undergraduate education, Mr. Diaz was the first recipient of a funded research grant aimed at conducting studies in the field of behavioral sciences. In addition, Mr. Diaz was the vice president of the Psychology Club and his academic achievements made him the recipient of the Provost Scholarship. After receiving his Bachelors in Science degree, Mr. Diaz earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Barry University School of Law where he was invited to join the prestigious Moot Court honor society where he earned numerous awards. Mr. Diaz specializes in personal injury law including cases involving car accidents, truck accidents, pedestrian accidents, bus accidents, motorcycle accidents, rollovers, wrongful death and premises liability.

Anna Dubiel, of counsel

Co-Chair of Polish Practice Team Anna has extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, foreign investment law, contracts and real estate. Uzyskała tytuł magistra prawa w Europejskiej Wyższej Szkole Prawa i Administracji w Warszawie w 2004 roku. Jeszcze przed ukończeniem studiów Anna Dubiel rozpoczęła pracę w kancelarii, zajmując się szerokim wachlarzem spraw. Licensed to practice in Republic of Poland only.

Wiktor Sawinda, of counsel

Chair of Polish Practice Team Wiktor has extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, foreign investment law, contracts and real estate. W 2004 roku uzyskał tytuł magistra prawa w Europejskiej Wyższej Szkole Prawa i Administracji, zaś w 2008 roku tytuł magistra prawa (studia badawcze - MA by research in Law) na Queen Mary University of London. Right now he is practicing law in Warsaw Poland. Licensed to practice in Republic of Poland only.
